The Premier League returned last weekend and gave us more questions than answers:
- What’s wrong with Liverpool‘s backline?
- Kai Havertz…overrated?
- James Rodriguez…PFA Player of the Year???
- Wait, no, seriously, is Arsenal back?
- Spurs, lol. (Ok, not really a question)
Will we get answers this weekend?
Let’s take a look at 2020-21 Premier League matchday 2 lines.

Odds & Ends
- The marquee fixture this weekend of course is Chelsea vs Liverpool. Look for a preview soon. However, expect a week of backline criticism to impact the Reds. They’ll tighten things up and shut down Chelsea’s attack.
- Gareth Bale coming over or not, Spurs are in trouble. Southampton were a little unlucky not to get a point last weekend. The Saints at +215 is worth a look.
- Fulham are terrible. Leeds are good. That -162 is free money.
- This feels like one of those back luck seasons for Brighton. Newcastle are going to be an ok team. Getting them at +163 at home is a great price.
- Not necessarily saying that Wolves will beat Man City. However, +525 when Wolves have already played a match and were sharp against a THE FOURMIDABLES side who had last weekend off will matter. It’s too good of a price to ignore.
