Out: Ragnar Ache (Hamstring), Diant Ramaj (Knee)
Doubtful: Daichi Kamada (Knee), Ajdin Hrustić (Groin)
Suspended: Kristijan Jakić
Coach: Oliver Glasner

Kristijan Jakić is suspended for this match after picking up his fifth yellow card of the season in last Saturday’s 1-0 defeat to FC Köln.

His absence, combined with Daichi Kamada‘s whose struggling with a knee injury, means Oliver Glasner will need to make changes to his formation and starting XI.

Christopher Lenz will come in at left wing-back allowing Filip Kostić to start in a more attacking role alongside Jesper Lindstrøm.

Out: Alphonso Davies (Myocarditus), Leon Goretzka (Knee), Thomas Müller (Covid-19), Corentin Tolisso (Hamstring)
Doubtful: None
Suspended: None
Coach: Julian Nagelsmann

Last weekend 1-0 down to Greuther Fürth, Julian Nagelsmann switched from a back four to a three-man defense. The gamble paid off with Bayern running out 4-1 winners to maintain their six-point lead at the top of the Bundesliga. I think Nagelsmann will continue with a back three until Alphonso Davies recovers from myocarditis.

Thomas Müller’s positive Covid-19 means he’s unavailable alongside Corentin Tolisso and Leon Goretzka. We will see Jamal Musiala and Marcel Sabitzer join Joshua Kimmich in central midfield. Don’t be surprised if you see Marc Roca named starting ahead of one of them.

Sven Ulreich will continue to deputize for Manuel Neuer, who is recovering from meniscus surgery. The backup is yet to keep a clean sheet conceding six goals in three matches.

With Neuer and Müller out the captain’s armband is set to be handed to Robert Lewandowski.

2022 has been rough for Frankfurt, winning one, drawing one, and losing four, causing them to drop down to tenth six points outside the European qualification spots. One of their biggest issues has been scoring goals.

Glasner’s side have only managed to find the back of the net six times and failed to get on the scoresheet in three out of six matches. Forward’s Rafael Santos Borré and Linsdtröm haven’t scored in their last five games. Looking at their recent stats, it’s poor finishing that has cost them scoring four goals from 7.0 xG generated.

Their opponents Bayern have been taking their chances scoring 14 goals from 13.8 xG generated. Lewandowski has been in stunning form scoring 12 goals in his last eight Bundesliga matches, forcing Sportsbooks to price him at a ridiculously low -250 To Score Anytime.

My tip is to back Bayern on the Spread at -1.5 Goals. I think Die Roten can easily beat Frankfurt by two or three goals after a full week of rest.

BUNDESLIGA BETTING TIP: Bayern Munich -1.5 Goals +110
