Bundesliga Match Day 30 Betting Tips

Bayern Munich’s visit to the BayArena is the highlight of MD30. In Bayer Leverkusen’s ranks is future Ballon D’Or contender Kai Havertz, who is a perfect example of Bayern’s transfer policy. Die Roten use their financial superiority to sign the best talent available in German football, which, in turn, weakens any threat to their dominance.

The last team to challenge Bayern was Dortmund’s 2011 & 2012 title winning sides under Jurgen Klopp. FCB responded by poaching Mario Gotze in 2013, Robert Lewandowski 2014 & Mats Hummels 2016. Another example is back in 2002 when they signed Michael Ballack & Ze Roberto from Leverkusen.

A win for Bayern will dent Leverkusen’s chances to qualify for the Champions League. Failure to qualify will impact them financially, making it easier for FCB to sign Havertz.

Leverkusen have faltered over the last 2 games. They’ve dominated possession but really struggled to produce in the final 3rd, registering just 2 shots on target. First choice striker Kevin Volland was fit enough to make the bench last time out & would offer a different dimension if called upon.

Bayern are enjoying themselves & looking ruthless. They’ll manage the game, frustrate Leverkusen & win comfortably just they like they did against Dortmund.

Prediction – Half Time/Full Time Bayern Munich/Bayern Munich +107

Hoffenheim are finding their feet after a shaky restart & look on track for Europa League qualification. With star striker Andrej Kramarić still unavailable, 20 year-old Christoph Baumgartner has stepped up to fill the void grabbing 2 goals & 2 assists in their last 2 outings.

Düsseldorf’s unbeaten restart came to an abrupt end last weekend when they lost 5-0 to Bayern. With momentum lost I think they’ll struggle in this game.

Hoffenheim burned me in MD27 failing to win away to bottom of the table SC Paderborn. With their upturn in form & generous odds I’m backing them again.

Prediction – Hoffenheim on the Money Line +148

Dortmund enjoyed an emphatic victory over Paderborn last weekend despite the absence of Erling Haaland. 0-0 at half-time, BVB came out all guns blazing in the second half winning 6-1. Jadon Sancho started for the first time since the league resumed & grabbed his first professional hat-trick. Sancho’s man of the match performance added $10 million more to his transfer fee & intensified the competition for his signature.

No other team has benefitted more from the COVID-19 break than Hertha Berlin. Pre COVID-19 their talented squad was massively underperforming & flirting with relegation. Manager Bruno Labbadia came in during lock down & has transformed their fortunes, collecting 10 points & putting them within 4 points of Europe.

Both teams are playing well & scoring freely with Dortmund on 12 & Hertha 11 since the restart. Erling Haaland is doubtful but Jadon Sancho, Axel Witsel & Emre Can are closer to full match fitness giving Dortmund more than enough to win.

Prediction – Borussia Dortmund To Win & Both Teams To Score +143
