Premier League Betting 21/22: Midweek Lines, Analysis and Tips

Written By Alex Blowers on January 10, 2022

Eighteen fixtures were postponed during the busy festive period leaving the Premier League schedulers a backlog of fixtures to rearrange. The first three have been reduced to two after the league accepted Leicester City‘s application to postpone their fixture with Everton again.

Brendan Rodgers‘s side are three games off the pace and have a two-legged tie against Randers FC in the UEFA Europa Conference League coming up in February. 2022 is shaping up to be a challenging year for The Foxes, and they could be an excellent team to fade in the following weeks.

PREMIER LEAGUE BETTING ANALYSIS AND TIPS

  • I think there’s value backing Brentford to win or draw in the Double Chance market at -120. Southampton‘s performances have been very Jekyll and Hyde this season. If Tuesday’s one of their bad days, Thomas Frank‘s side can get something at St. Mary’s Stadium.
  • I like West Ham on the spread at -1.5 Goals -130. Dean Smith has been unable to stop the rot, with The Canaries losing their last five Premier League games. Four of them were by two goals or more.
