Premier League Matchday 29 Betting Lines: Brighton vs Newcastle

Posted By Alex Blowers on March 15, 2021

We only have 4 Premier League games this weekend with 7 sides involved in the FA Cup Quarterfinals.

The biggest game is the relegation battle between Brighton and Newcastle. Graham Potter’s side is heavy favorites, and a win would put 6 points between them and 18th placed Fulham. Steve Bruce’s side hasn’t won in 5 games, and 3 points would relieve the mountain of pressure that has been building in the past couple of months.

Both games on Sunday will have a big say in the race for European qualification. All 4 sides need 3 points, and the 2 home teams have the advantage of no midweek fixtures. West Ham and Aston Villa can use the whole week to prepare.

Here are the 2020-21 Premier League Matchday 29 Betting Lines.

PREMIER LEAGUE MATCHDAY 29 BETTING LINES

ODDS & ENDS

  • Leeds United and Fulham played out an entertaining 4-3 thriller back in Matchday 2. These two sides are very different now, and I would back Under 2.5 Goals at -125.
  • Brighton is playing really well at the moment, and the safe bet is them on the Money Line at -155. If you think they’ve got a big win in them and want a little more value Handicap them with -1.5 Goals at +210.
  • With Jesse Lingard returning to the lineup, I like West Ham at +190 to beat Arsenal.
  • Aston Villa and Tottenham’s game is dependant on Jack Grealish’s involvement. If he is ruled out, I will lean towards Under 2.5 Goals at +102.
