The restart is complete. All Premier League teams are level on games. Some look better than others.
League leaders Liverpool looked content playing for draws. FFP violating Manchester City, Newcastle, Wolves, and Crystal Palace look like well-oiled machines. Arsenal, Spurs, and Sheffield United look like they haven’t woken up yet from hibernation.
Will these trends hold this week?

Odds & Ends
- Is Sheffield in trouble? They were robbed of a win in their restart match, but looked very poor on Sunday. In our Manchester United vs Sheffield preview, we noted how strong the team appeared with Paul Pogba and Bruno Fernandes on the field together. Will OGS start that duo? He should. However, Sheffield is too well-coach for this slide to continue. The price at +800 (or +340 draw) is too enticing to pass up.
- The Newcastle vs Villa line seems a little off. How aren’t the Magpies odds-on? Too tight. Alarm bells.
- Oddsmakers are off of Arsenal. Southampton are a coin-flip against the Gunners. Expect an inspired Saints performance here.
- Look for Frank Lampard to start Christian Pulisic and for Chelsea to pull off a win against City.
